Lee has more than thirty years of relational leadership experience as a farm manager, business owner, executive director, board member, and most importantly collaborative team member on hundreds of projects.
She has an extensive skill set and strong penchant for envisioning, designing, and living innovative solutions to mutually empowered relationships, land-based living, regenerative systems, interpersonal communication, and sustainability education.
Lee is the principal and founder of Authentic Life Productions and Reclaiming Wisdom, she is a co-founder of SOIL, School of Integrated Living, in 2012, and Relational Leadership Academy, the Executive Director of Organic Growers School (OGS), a 501c3 non-profit based in Asheville, NC, from 2013 to 2020, the co-founder and co-manager of Imani Farm, from 2005 to present, and a co-founder, co-owner, and co-builder of a cohousing neighborhood at Earthaven Ecovillage (2000-present).
