Lee Warren is Living into the Questions.
She is a Steward of the Sacred, a Cheerleader of Liberation, a Champion of the Radiant Self, a Breaker of Outdated Norms, a Cultivator of Emerging Culture, a Shaman of Consciousness, a Strategic Provocateur, a Lover of the Real, a Conductor of Authenticity, a Networker of Intimacy, a Maker of Many Mistakes, a Seeker of Truth, a Student of the Mystery, a Proponent of Embodiment, An Advocate for Community, a Learner from the Natural World, and a Celebrant of our Imperfect Humanity.
Lee has more than thirty years of relational leadership experience as a farm manager, business owner, executive director, board member, and most importantly collaborative team member on hundreds of projects.
She has an extensive skill set and strong penchant for envisioning, designing, and living innovative solutions to mutually empowered relationships, land-based living, regenerative systems, interpersonal communication, and sustainability education.
Lee is the principal and founder of Authentic Life Productions and Reclaiming Wisdom, she is a co-founder of SOIL, School of Integrated Living, in 2012, and Relational Leadership Academy, the Executive Director of Organic Growers School (OGS), a 501c3 non-profit based in Asheville, NC, from 2013 to 2020, the co-founder and co-manager of Imani Farm, from 2005 to present, and a co-founder, co-owner, and co-builder of a cohousing neighborhood at Earthaven Ecovillage (2000-present).

Patrick Davis
Patrick Davis, MA has been coaching leaders of innovative approaches for over 25 years. His clients have formed progressive educational programs, expanded the scope and reach of their services, strengthened partnerships across complex organization and have founded causes such as:
- Expanding education to first-generation college students.
- Engaging grieving children as a preventative mental health strategy.
- Convening CEO’s of global corporations to address the urgent need to form a more just and sustainable economy.
Patrick maintains a practice as both a hospice chaplain and an executive coach. In addition to his practical expertise guiding people through the emotional and spiritual journey with their health and families at the end of life, he holds a Masters in Adult Education. Patrick is a life-long student of various transformative coaching programs and holistic health paradigms. In addition to guiding other leaders, he has served in various leadership roles within health care organizations, nonprofits and also as a board chair during the founding years of a successful non-profit. Lee & Patrick met around a backyard fire circle.
Recognizing each other as kindred spirits they partnered in a myriad of ways. From executive coaching and team consulting to community building and a shared passion for conscious end-of-life practices, Lee & Patrick have been building mutual respect and trust for years.
As co-founders of the Relational Leadership Academy, their creative collaboration was born out of their common interests in intentional approaches to organizational management, fun and play in the workplace, and relatedness in all areas of life.
Lee & Patrick are committed to the sacred work of supporting high vibration workplaces and powerfully emerging leaders. They plan to do that through the mediums of joy, play, beauty, abundance, and win/win contexts.
