We offer the following prerequisites as a helpful guide. Students with these skills and abilities are likely to get the most out of the Leader’s Journey. Of course there is a spectrum and range of these characteristics and all of them are based on personal self assessment.

• Applicants have done some of their own personal growth work:

  • You are able to notice and own their expectations.
  • You are able to engage in conflict with care and consideration.
  • You can cultivate empathy and offer active listening.
  • You are able to be present and available.
  • You can take responsibility for mistakes, failings, imperfections, and challenges.
  • You come to relating with integrity and  honesty.
• Applicants are open to ongoing learning.
• Applicants have the capacity and at least some experience collaborating with others.

The application process will include an intake interview to review these ideas.
